It’s a full general service contractor specializing in the Construction of Swimming Pools, Water Features, Fountains, Spa, Leisure clubs Hard & Soft Landscaping, MEP, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm, etc. HCL will perform work on both a negotiated and a competitive bid basis.
