The factory operates cutting edge technology, eliminating manual handling of the products, which prevents the dangers of cross-contamination. We produce ice in an extremely hygienic manner, with the Quality and Technical team constantly monitoring the sanitary conditions, safety conditions and the handling of the ice, to ensure the standard of the product is the highest, in keeping with the ethos and professionalism of Dalla Ice Factory.
