While we started with production of Tin Containers, it was in 1999, when we added HDPE Plastic Bottles, to cater to the rising demands of the Pharmaceutical, Pesticide and FMCG segment. Our dedication to progress and zest for new frontiers has helped us broaden our horizon in 2008 to also include FIBCs and Woven sacks in our repertoire. In terms of scale, we are among the largest in the field, having our factory spread over a vast 5.5 acres of land with over 200,000 sq. ft. of comfortable working space. While our head office is located in the commercial and financial capital of India, Mumbai, we also have a state-of-the-art Manufacturing facility in Daman, only 200 km away from Mumbai. Being leaders in Packaging, our capacities for production speak about our volumes. Our Tin Can Manufacturing capacities are in the range of over 200,000 tins per day. Having invested in the best available machines of Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding, we set up the HDPE Blow Moulding Division with an installed capacity of over 60 MT/ month. It has been only half a decade since we broadened our horizons to include production of FIBC’s and Woven Sacks, but in no time, it has also become one of our core businesses today. Our arduous efforts in achieving excellence in the new field we entered of FIBCs and Woven Sacks borne fruit and with 80 to 90% of the produce for exports, we have increased our market share year on year basis in countries like Germany, France, Spain, Chile, Uruguay, USA, Australia, Middle East etc. Our work and our volumes speak for us as can be seen above.
