The standard elastic coating process cannot guarantee the coverage of most of these cracks, and most of them are likely to reappear within one to two months after construction. In order to ensure the aesthetic quality of the exterior walls for more than five years, based on the actual conditions on-site and our company's experience in numerous renovation projects, we recommend using the Elastic Texture Finish technique for exterior wall coating. The following basic treatment and construction plan for exterior wall painting are proposed. After-Sales Service Guarantee: We guarantee that there will be no extensive cracking, peeling, or chalking on the wall surface within five years. Structural cracks in the wall are not covered by this warranty. Issues resulting from water leakage in bathrooms or daughter walls are also not within the scope of the warranty. We provide a two-year unconditional warranty for the exterior wall renovation projects carried out by our company, along with paid lifetime maintenance services. In case of damage caused by owner negligence or natural disasters, our company will perform repairs as quickly as possible, and labor and material costs will be assessed based on the specific circumstances.
