Most of us drink water when we feel thirsty, but our bodies need 8-10 glasses of healthy bottled water daily to keep our bodies fit and energetic. Water prevents dehydration, maintains a stable body temperature, and helps in losing weight. Water also helps maintain skin softness and prevent skin aging. We advise against drinking soft drinks or juices instead of water, as most soft drinks and juices contain sugar and caffeine, which accelerate dehydration and thirst. Also, do not drink tank water of unknown origin. I always drink Pure Aqua healthy water!
