The HDC1000 is a heavy-duty hydraulic butt fusion machine built for welding large plastic pipes in demanding industrial and municipal applications. Compatible with PE, PP, and PVDF pipes, it is ideal for gas pipelines, water systems, and large-scale infrastructure projects. The fusion process involves heating pipe ends until molten and pressing them together to create durable, leak-proof joints.Featuring a hydraulic unit, milling cutter, heating plate, support system, and robust frame, the HDC1000 offers precise control and consistent results even in extreme conditions, with an operating range of -40°C to +40°C. It supports pipe diameters from 630 mm to 1,000 mm, provides a total power of 22.4 kW, and weighs 2,100 kg, making it suitable for heavy-duty tasks. The machine operates on 380 V, with a maximum heating plate temperature of 270°C and an adjustable hydraulic pressure of 0–10 MPa, ensuring reliable and safe pipe fusion on-site.
