2507 Super Duplex stainless steel flanges (UNS S32750 / S32760, ASTM A182 F53) represent the pinnacle of corrosion-resistant piping solutions, offering unmatched strength and durability for extreme environments. With a dual austenitic-ferritic microstructure, 25% chromium, 7% nickel, and 4% molybdenum, these flanges provide superior resistance to pitting (PREN >40), crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking—far exceeding 2205 duplex grades—while delivering yield strengths over 550 MPa and tensile strengths up to 800 MPa.
