ACE supplies DIN rail mounted ultrasonic flow meters which can be clamped on to the pipelines for flow measurement. The Flow-O-Meter is an optimal solution for applications involving flow measurement of water, oils, beverages chemicals, sewage and sludge. The sensors are easily programmable using RS485 and the system generates pulse outputs for total flow and flow rate. The high-performance transducers enable long-term installation and provide accurate flow measurement data from 0.03 to 105 ft/s. Non-invasive rail mounted design ensures no pressure drops and flow disturbances. Flow-O-Meter comes with an advanced data logger with 3200 reading capacity that automatically stores totalizer data, working status, power time with flow rate, and allows for automatic or manual flow loss compensation. The flexibility to work with all commonly used liquids and pipe materials makes Flow-O-Meter an essential device for various industrial processes.
